K&A Scope of Work: Engineering, molds, fabrication, and installation for jellyfish tank

Project Description: This FRP tank was engineered by using finite element analysis to determine the different laminate designs which consisted of 1" to 2" balsa core with 1/4" to 1/2" FRP skins. Isophthalic polyester resin was used with e-glass reinforcement. The finish was a flat black polyester gelcoat.
