K & A 1000 Van Ness Cornice Replacement

K&A Scope of Work: Mold making, fabrication and preassembly of FRP cornice pieces.

Project Description: The original cornice was made from sheet metal and the building's owners removed it in the 1950s for safety reasons. The current owners decided to replace the cornice during a recent restoration of the building. FRP was determined to be the most lightweight, durable and economical choice of materials.
