KEN ANDERSON

Ken Anderson joined Kreysler & Associates in 2005, bringing with him 31 years of experience in custom molded composite manufacturing.  Ken has been active in the composites industry throughout his career and has served as President of the Northern California Chapter of the Society of the Plastics Industry, Chairman of the Western Chapter of the American Composites Manufacturer's Association (ACMA), and a board member of the ACMA national group.  Ken is currently operational manager at K&A>

SERGE LABESQUE
Product Design & Production, Research & Development, Technical Supervision
Serge Labesque came to the United States from France where he had studied mathematics and worked with the French Meteorological Department. He also pursued his interest in aviation with a firm which built and repaired competition class gliders. After moving to the US he worked with Ron Owen of Owen Racing Shells in Petaluma, and later as Chief Woodworker at Performance Sailcraft. He joined Mr. Kreysler when K&A was founded.

LEONE BRATCHER
Controller, Certified Composites Tech.
Leone Bratcher came to K&A as an Administrative Assistant in 1997, from her previous job with a non-profit organization for at-risk youth. She had 15 years of prior administrative experience.  Since then, she has worked in Production and Accounting, and is presently responsible for job costing/tracking, and all accounting duties.

MARIE BIRGITTA

Marie Birgitta began working at K&A in 1990 as a temporary fill-in for Mr. Kreysler's secretary. Since then she has held several positions in various aspects of the business, including: accounting, quality control, administrative assistant, purchasing, safety, painting, foam sculpting, and dinosaur skin texturing.

HOWARD MACKEN

A native of the UK, Howard Macken studied architecture in school. He has owned marine related manufacturing companies for the past 24 years and began working at K&A in 1995. He and William Kreysler grew up together and have been interested and involved in each other's businesses for years. His interests include art, architecture, sculpture, and racing sailboats, and his current passion is sportscar racing.

Joshua Zabel began at K&A in 2005. Earlier that year, he received his
Master of Architecture at the University of California, Berkeley with a
focus in programming and digital fabrication. He has professional
experience at the architecture offices of Stanley Saitowitz (San
Francisco), EMERGENT (Vienna, Los Angeles), and Iwamoto Scott
(Berkeley). At K&A Josh has served as Director of Digital fabrication
where he has developed a strong knowledge of CNC technology including
operation of equipment and project management.

Scott is the operator/technician for our laser scanners, milling machines,
computer network and personal computers.
His eclectic professional experiences include multi-national field
technician for electro/mechanical systems, acoustical and materials
engineering consultant, carpenter, computer programmer, scientific
illustrator, systems analyst, jet aircraft mechanic and sculptor.  In his
sculptural pursuits he has produced works in wood, bronze, aluminum,
titanium, stainless steel, stone, and composites - learning the properties
and production processes of each.
